On Saturday i went into one of those new deli type places that have been popping up all over the area recently to get some butter, while there a loaf of bread caught my eye so i chose that as well. In the queue i noticed that like many of the other 'deli's' that have popped up in the area over the past couple of years this shop couldn't decide if it wanted to be a traditional style 'mamma's' Italian deli or a modern organic veggie health food shop. One thing they have in common is the long queueing time.
when it came to paying, my loaf of bread and packet of butter came to £4.70p jings! Clearly the till thought it was in a modern health food shop.
The bread was nice though.
