It doesn't help when you have the 'ragbag' army attacking collection points, people like the woman who sticks her little girl into the charity clothes boxes to rummage for items to sell in Church street market, and the weird bloke with the orange box on the back of his bike who takes what he wants and then, muttering, trashes everything else, throwing it round the floor or splitting black bags over what he cant/wont carry.
If you are lucky enough you can catch some of them on their regular rounds, they seem to appear in batches, but be careful what you say if you want to talk to one of them, they can easily become quite heated and angry.
