FOR IT WAS GOOD.

"FOR ON THE EIGHTH DAY HE DID PLANT THE POTATO"
Over the past few weeks I have involved myself in a food growing experiment, I grew a crop of spuds in a bucket, and last night after harvesting them, I ate what were spuds that tasted like they were nothing less than a gift of love from the Gods.
I felt like I had been blessed by Saint Percy of the Blue garden they tasted so wonderful, So good I can't say how great they tasted without becoming repetitive.
I just urge everyone without a garden to try it and grow some Veg of their own.
With just a bucket (a hole placed in the bottom), tray, bag of compost, patience and a sunny spot to place them anyone can grow great tasting foods.
I do also urge people living on higher floors not to get too carried away though, because some of the houses round here are a hundred or more years old and are not as strong as they used to be, last thing you want is to destroy the TV and new Wii of the 'Biffa' family below with an avalanche of Tomatoes and/or carrots, your excuses (and offers of an organic veg curry dinner to apologise) could quite likely end in unwanted violence against your person, so be careful there.
I know how to make good Tofu and Soya milk as well, but doing that stinks out the house like the washing of a thousand dirty socks, so I won't take that any further.

I've just found out that 2008 was the year of the potato, how about that, I was late as usual.
