On the radio this morning i heard the heartwarming news that Venezuela's dotty 'el presidente' comrade Hugo Chavez has just decided to stop work on an almost finished mega mall and instead put the building into some as of yet undecided social use like a hospital or library, Chavez was moved to halt construction on the mall one day as he drove past in his cavalcade of Limo's, Chavez was reportedly revulsed when he saw such a huge construction being built for the purpose of conglomorate profit.
Now don't get me wrong, i am no fan of Chavez and his potty Posadist style of socialism (and the thought of being forced to endure his weekly twelve hour TV speeches scares me) but he did get it right this time.
