PCHA BUILD NEW HOMES, BUT NOT FOR YOU PEASANT.

I cannot pass over the Ha'penny bridge across the canal without noticing the large building site no matter how hard I try, the building is being built in partnership with Genesis housing and every bodies favourite gangster trust P.C.H.A. Its not that they are building homes in the area which are much needed, the problem is that out of forty seven flats being built only eleven are to be used for social housing while the other thirty six are for private use only.
Paddington churches housing trust was created to help the homeless and poor of the area, yet over the past years they have been behaving like that other famous landlord of the area we lovingly came to know as Rachman.
I do have to admit that I take joy in the knowledge that even in the best of times of our economic 'boom and bust' society, Genesis and PCHA would have an easier time pushing a puddle up hill than they would trying to sell thirty six affluent flats along Harrow road., my only hope is that the builders of this block have a change of (dark) heart and let out more of the flats when they are finished for social needs, Jah blurd knows that they are sorely needed round here, and that is why such a building site that advertises its homes for the few while the many are in need of a roof is such an insult to the locals.

I agree, they are gangsters and I want to know why they have the money to build properties and not a penny to repair the existing ones.
