What makes this act so frightening is that while talking to the Estate agent, a place on Elgin avenue is suggested, this has left me with a feeling of slow, creeping terror that it could be our Elgin avenue they are talking about, hopefully there's a nationwide glut of Elgin avenues to choose from and I'm wrong.
If the people behind the irritating series of adverts decide on moving that ficticious family round here I shall weep, my only consolation is the hope that the Maida vale end of Elgin avenue might be used, let Edgeware road have 'em, with my blessings.
